That was 12-year-old Tyler's strike zone, until his parents surprised him with a real one on Christmas morning, 2019. During quarantine he and his dad played every afternoon until sundown, then started building them for his friends. Home Stand is still kid-owned and family-run in Miami. Read our story
Each strike zone is made to order. Allow 3 to 5 weeks for production, and up to 6 weeks during the holidays.
The Stand Alone has a 23 x 28 in frame and sits 17 in off the ground. The In-Ground has an 18 x 22 in frame with a 15 3/8 in connecting pole and a 30.5 in base pole that goes into the ground.
Schedule 80 PVC pipe and Spears PVC fittings, primed and painted after our own prep process. The insert is 1/8 in laser-cut metal or plexiglass, and logos are 3M decals with a floor-grade laminate.
17 colors for the fittings and 17 for the pipes. The Deluxe mixes two colors and adds your logo. The Basic is one color all over.
A high-resolution PNG, JPG or SVG, uploaded right in the builder and sent with your order. If you have an AI, EPS or PDF, email it to us after you order and we will print from that.
In-Ground $35, Stand Alone $45, and inserts $30. Everything ships FedEx to a physical address. We can't ship to PO boxes.

The idea came from Tyler J. Rodriguez, a 12-year-old ballplayer who was tired of marking his strike zone with tape on a wall or a chair when he played Wiffle Ball with his friends.
He told his dad he wanted a fun, custom strike zone for the backyard. On Christmas morning in 2019, his parents surprised him with one of his own.
That moment sparked everything.

During quarantine, Tyler and his dad played Wiffle Ball every afternoon until sundown. Then he asked the question.
Mom and dad were all in. Backyard fun turned into a lesson in what it takes to create, run and grow a business. Home Stand was born.
